About Maryanne
Maryanne is an accomplished educator with a unique blend of experience in academic and organization settings, as she served ten years in public education developing content and innovative solutions for students, educators, and the community.
As part of her own career journey, Maryanne hit a career crossroads and applied the principles and practices of career success in moving out of education and ultimately into leadership of a consulting firm. Maryanne’s passion is helping others operationalize their passion.
Maryanne is currently finishing her dissertation portion of her Edd. in Educational Leadership.
About Joe
Joe has been a leader in large global companies, such as Anderson Consulting, HP, and The Whirlpool Corporation. As part of his career journey, he applied the principles and practices of career success and transitioned into independent consulting, which ultimately led him into leadership positions with multiple firms.
Joe has published a number of articles, co-authored seminal books on careers, and is a speaker and recognized expert on talent systems, careers, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Joe earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and his master's degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University.
About Claudia
Claudia has a background in Human Resources and Market Insights, and over twenty years of organizational experience in multinational companies such as PepsiCo, Holderbank, and Gallup. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and able to coach, present, or lead seminars in whichever language her client chooses. She has vast experience in multicultural and diverse environments.
Claudia provides her clients with a broad vision that combines her corporate and practical customer and market-based approach with a profound humanistic-psychology sense. The combination of these approaches allows her clients to access self-awareness and positive self-image in a unique and individualized way.
Claudia has been in the international educational area for the past eight years and currently is part of the faculty for Psychology and Nursing at SUAGM, a private dual-language institution in the Dallas area.

Charlie has over 25 years of business experience with small, medium, and large sized companies over multiple industries. Over this span of time, Charlie has helped thousands of people in every aspect of career transition. Charlie brings vast experience, real-world tools, and a pragmatic approach to his coaching engagements.
Charlie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dallas.
About Kathleen
Professional Expertise
Kathleen has professional experience in Executive and Management transition coaching, as well as project management. She has worked with 80% of the Fortune 500, along with private equity, privately held, and nonprofit enterprises. Working nationally, she's been in all regions of the United States (plus Canada). In addition, she has held and advised in strategic planning for large RIFs and is considered to be a subject matter expert in career transition logistics.
Both as a Clinical Psychotherapist and career transition coach, Kathleen has met folks at an interesting juncture in their lives where a change is needed. She is not only able to work comfortably one-on-one, but also in group settings (seminars/workshops) or managing projects (up to 1,000 employees).

About Sandra
Sandra Bierman, Ph.D., has successfully transitioned through seven career changes. Her current passion includes the past 27+ years of career coaching utilizing her expertise as a job search strategist. Clients, colleagues, workshop participants, and her one-on-one coaching professionals recognize Sandra for her enthusiasm, motivational support, and unending dedication to career management development.
Sandra has worked with a wide variety of companies, including Fortune 500 companies, as well as medium and small businesses, helping employees through the career transition process. She has coached professionals at all levels of organizations.
Sandra thrives on improving a resume and coaching on job search strategy, including networking, LinkedIn profiles, social media, interviewing, and negotiating processes.
Prior to her career coaching, Sandra taught at the university level. She concurrently served as Director for the Center of Learning at Texas Woman’s University where she trained teachers in the process of assessment, diagnostics, development, and implementation of instructional strategies.
Sandra’s business acumen comes from her extensive experience as an entrepreneur well-grounded in the business world as co-founder and Associate Publisher of internationally-recognized publications, including Aviation Quarterly and Aviation Travel. She worked with curators at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum to feature aviation pioneers in these publications. She was active as a private pilot, traveling extensively to market the publications at major aerospace events throughout the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Sandra rolled out workshops on Boundaries and Divorce Recovery at her church. She also served on the Board for Attitudes and Attire, helping women reenter the workforce.
Sandra earned her Ph.D. and M.S. from Texas A&M, Commerce, Texas. Her B.A. is from The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.

Sandra Lopez Garza combines her 18+ years’ leadership experience with her solid bottom-line career coaching approach. Her own career has given her a series of administrative and coaching experience, leadership training, mentoring, and conflict resolution training.
With Sandra’s background in education and leadership development, she has developed new leaders and worked with many individuals as an internal career consultant. Sandra’s passion and mission provide a guiding light to job seekers and career changers as they navigate the waters of an ever-changing world of work. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify the real issue(s), match values with career choices, gain more self-awareness, explore options, overcome obstacles, and set goals with accountability.
Sandra has been member of United Way Leadership Society, Texas Principals and Supervisors Association, MANA Fort Worth, and The Hispanic Women’s Network. She currently serves on various boards, holding leadership roles within the community. She has volunteered in mentoring middle and high school students, while assisting in raising over 1/4 million dollars in college scholarships.

Sandra holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Southern Illinois University and is currently working on a coaching certification with CoachVille. She is a member of the North Texas International Coaching Federation and the Association of Career Professionals. In addition, she has been a member of the Development Advisory Board for the Cooper Institute.
About Kelly
Kelly has over 25 years of business experience working with small and medium sized companies across multiple industries. Over her professional career she has had experience working in sales, customer service, and human resources. Having served in a variety of roles throughout her professional life, Kelly understands the challenges and discomfort individuals face when going through a career change. She approaches each client with a deep understanding and compassion for what they are going though. When working with her clients, she incorporates the use of strategic questions and curiosity to encourage her clients to explore their thinking on a much deeper level in order to help them discover their true calling.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sacramento State University and attended the University of Texas Executive Coaching program.

About Melissa
Melissa Ferrer-Smith has led organizational effectiveness and employee engagement enterprise-wide for a number of large, global organizations. She originally grew as a People Leader in the airline operation and later moved into the Human Resources field.
Melissa has led all levels of talent at airports, call centers, multi-state operations, global divisions, and corporate C-suite offices. She has worked globally in the Central, South American market and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Her strengths include:
Melissa has been an executive coach and led leader integration at all levels of organizations, including American Airlines, Tyco Healthcare, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. She’s a practical advisor who breaks down complex processes into simple processes.
Melissa holds an Executive M.B.A. with an immersion in China from Florida International University and holds a number of certifications, which are her applied methodologies in helping organizations through culture design. She shares an energy to optimize business operations and elevate people through this journey.

About Lollie
Lollie Ramirez-Bennett decided to leave AT&T at the end of 2022, after 38 years of distinguished service. Lollie is proud of her robust and memorable career with AT&T and the ability to lead a “dual career” in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion via community engagement for the past 33 years.
During her tenure at AT&T, Lollie excelled in varied positions including sales, performance management, trainer, and operations manager. She became a trusted and respected strategist for her senior leadership at AT&T – serving in the role of Principal Business Manager and Trend Analyst for the past 20 years. She utilized her innate logic and problem-solving skills to assist in driving the business organization to continued success. During this time, she maintained her activism becoming a role model for women, multi-cultures, and underserved communities.
Women’s Rights have always been a passion for Lollie. Over the years, she recognized that much effort was still needed to truly give women an equal footing. She served as a leader for 12 years for Women of AT&T taking on the National CEO for WOA role in 2020 until her retirement. WOA is AT&T’s largest Employee Group with18K members worldwide and during 2022. Lollie and the national Women of AT&T board were recognized by AT&T’s DE&I with the 2022 Excellence in Action Award for Leadership for their efforts on the 50th Anniversary Leadership Conference.
Lollie has intense energy and is dedicated to “maximizing every moment” as she likes to say. This has allowed her to serve AT&T Employee Groups throughout the years, giving back to our communities whenever and however possible. Lollie has mentored & coached students, employees, community partners and even non-profit leaders throughout the years. Due to the nature of the business, during the past 15 years, she coached hundreds of surplused employees as they transitioned from AT&T to their next career. In 2020, Lollie co-created an award-winning program “Surplus Survival” that was delivered to thousands of employees and even community partners. In 2022, Lollie was honored with the prestigious LIFETIME Presidential Volunteer Service Award by President Biden. A true collaborator, Lollie partnered with other national Employee Group leaders to force multiple the success they could achieve.
Not one to sit idly by, Lollie is pursuing new adventures, working as a consultant for another 5+ years and of course, advocating for women issues, driving for inclusivity in all aspects of our world to level the playing field across all groups and sectors. In the short temporary retirement that Lollie allowed herself, she has been busy leading several community efforts to continue to empower people and non-profits to achieve their goals. Lollie is married to Dave and although they do not have any children, they enjoy spending time with their many nieces and nephews.
About Anna
Anna Garcia has recently completed her career in the telecommunications and technology industry as a senior sales executive of over 28 years. Anna also served on the national board of HACEMOS—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit employee resource group—as National President, receiving over 10 recognitions during her two-year term.
She began her career at Southwestern Bell in Houston, TX, working in the bilingual call center. After navigating various roles in different segments, she recently retired as a senior sales executive at AT&T, working with national and international portfolios, and launched ALG Consulting, LLC. In addition to her professional role, Anna has found a passion in advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion to help advance the next generation of leaders.
As National President of HACEMOS, she launched and implemented programs targeting the empowerment and growth of Latinos in the workforce. HACEMOS received numerous recognitions during her leadership, including being named a Top 15 LATINA Style Employee Resource Group (ERG) in 2020 and 2021. They also won the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) ERG of the Year in 2021 and the Best Overall ERG at the Latino Talks Employee Group Annual Conference.
Anna mentors and consults with various individuals and organizations seeking professional growth. She holds a degree in business studies from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration—Global Business from the University of Phoenix.
Anna resides in Houston with her husband Edgar and children Anaidah, Edgar, and Jaime.

Stacey Guillen Bridges is a passionate, multi-lingual executive sales & business development leader with over two decades of experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Higher Education, Information Technology, Edutech, HRtech, Real Estate, Non-Profit and startup ecosystems.
As Vice President of Client Relations at CMP, Stacey brings a wealth of expertise in fostering strong client partnerships and driving business growth. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-term relationships, Stacey is committed to advancing CMP's mission and bridge people and organizations on the move.
Stacey also serves on multiple boards and leadership committees in Dallas-Fort Worth that primarily focus on creating pathways for higher education, empowerment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and health equity. She's involved with SteerFW, The Family Place, Junior Players, Hispanic Women's Network of Texas, and Cornell Alumni of North Texas to name a few.
Stacey is a recipient of the “40 Under 40” award from the Dallas Business Journal. She is a member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. and a graduate of Cornell University and University of Phoenix. In her spare time, she travels with her husband and daughter. Stacey is also planning to participate in a triathlon in the near future.
